Set in a quiet, beautiful village in the Berkshire countryside, the 18th-century pub building of The Winning Post oozes character and charm. Enriched by a sprinkle of quirky and luxurious touches, original stone floor and huge open fire, it’s a firm favourite among locals.
A sympathetic refurbishment in 2022 has ensured that character and charm remain, with a little touch of luxury. There are 12 boutique bedrooms on the ground and first floor, all unique and furnished with chic country style with their own individual charm. Most bedrooms are behind the pub, with two elegant ground-floor rooms at the front.
